OUR ICON AND SHERO, GLORIA RICHARDSON DANDRIDGE

Dandridge gave a two-hour talk on her experiences as the leader of the Cambridge Movement.  She told a story of faith, hope, and possibilities.  Reflections on Pine marked the 50th anniversary of civil unrest in Cambridge Maryland following decades of economic and educational segregation.  The Eastern Shore Network For Change organized a series of events commemorating fifty years of civil rights, change, and community.
